At CHROME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
